I search for that what is deeply human – each of my quest is set to better understand and explore the essence of humanity. I care about the search for associations and dependences that inspire the further transformation of what is experienced here and now – confined to temporality, but open to spiritual reality. I treat artistic work as a kind of a path, the destination of which is to arrive at what is inside – hidden under the top layer of obviousness. This road leads from the world of things to the world of ideas and values. Art is for me a dialogue. Each creation is treated as an infinite stream of meaning. Someone’s existence, a story heard of or an old photograph or pose, all give me an inspiration. What is important for me is a mystery that they contain. I draw inspiration from the present and the past – the past and the present are constantly intertwined in my work.
